In case of your consent, the data will be processed with the following purposes:
1) performing current and/or future recruitment processes, including complementary questions regarding changes in your professional and personal situation which might be important within the frames of recruitment (legal basis: article 6, paragraph 1, point a of Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter „Regulation”)
2) participating in language course organized by Medena Rek Polska Sp. z o.o. (legal basis: article 6, paragraph 1, point a, b and c of Regulation)
Envisaged categories of recipients of data: employees involved in recruitment processes and language courses, and potential employers. Provision of personal data for purposes described above in points 1 and 2 is free but necessary in order to fully use the services of Medena Rek Polska Sp. z o.o., including entering into agreements related to language courses. Personal data collected for the purpose of running recruitment and language course will be processed until the moment of completion of all processes necessary to run recruitment processes and language courses in their entirety, based on consent until the withdrawal of consent; data can be processed in current and in future activities related to processes of recruitment and/or language courses.
You have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability;. You have also the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority (for example President of the Office of the Protection of Personal Data or Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data or another relevant authority). If you give the above-mentioned consent, you will have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The consent can be withdrawn with a written statement, electronically, by e-mail, text message, by telephone, or in person.
